Probably one of the longest running projects I’ve worked on, with a huge team of people involved from design, UX, strategy, and development.
MyBlackBerry was a way to amalgamate BlackBerry’s many fractured support avenues into one fully functional and powerful community. The site went through 3 different rounds of refinement, each one better than the previous. Shown is the final iteration.
The final incarnation used tags as navigation elements and featured a ‘Love’ functionality similar to Facebook’s Like button where users could ‘Love’ something they saw in their feed or BlackBerry applications etc. This tied in heavily with BlackBerry’s ‘Love what you do’ branding.
